Mindset Management Strategies - Tested And Proven
Mindset management, combined with character strength use, are foundational to all things in business, athletics, academics, law enforcement and life overall. There are many ins and outs to developing and intentionally focusing our mindset. Mindset is plural (I suggest avoiding using generalities such as growth or fixed). You hear and read about many forms of strategies and methods. Every book, tweet, dose of do this or do that are out there as a podcast or a google away. Often enough, those mindset strategies, while well intended, are not well grounded in experience and science. Or they are not prescribed in a integrated manner.
Important to remember or be aware of: we either intentionally and deliberately choose and apply the mindset we need in the moment OR we default to subconscious behavioral choices.
Best advice: strive to be most aware and intentional about your mindset choices.
Every one of the mindset building block strategies listed below are time tested and proven across the most possible diversity of clients-youth to adults and every blessed role. As you might imagine, each strategy you will see has behavioral actions that are part of it’s under pinning. They are not just strategies, but integrated as a system and build upon and rely on each other). Try them out with consistency and you will see why they work.
