Those strengths can come and go, but it’s our strength of character that will stick with us. It’s character strengths that bind all those other non character strengths. Studies show that when we intentionally use our character strengths, we can be anywhere from 3X to over 15X more goal oriented and fulfilled. In client team and coaching sessions, we use the VIA character assessment for individuals and teams. Their research over the past 20 years has identified 24 strengths of character. The world view of character tends to limit character to just a few strengths. Much of your character was formed at any early age from experiences and decisions.
