Change Leadership
Change leadership, when done effectively, truly requires proactively integrating virtually all the most key leadership skills. Change leadership involves having a holistic understanding of all the key change factors and levers, however large or small. Change success rates historically are low. However, experience shows that when we apply these skills, we approach change in a more managed way, which significantly elevates change success rate, confidence and credibility.
If you want to gain beliefs in the change, don’t just assume that people will get on board. You will need to work it.
