Achieving Leadership Mastery Starts Here

Change Leadership

Change leadership, when done effectively, truly requires proactively integrating virtually all the most key leadership skills. Change leadership involves having a holistic understanding of all the key change factors and levers, however large or small. Change success rates historically are low. However, experience shows that when we apply these skills, we approach change in a more managed way, which significantly elevates change success rate, confidence and credibility.

If you want to gain beliefs in the change, don’t just assume that people will get on board. You will need to work it.

Ask yourself: which of these below key change skills must you and your leadership team improve upon?

  • Understands the organizational/team mindsets

  • Demonstrates understanding of others. Shows empathy.

  • Devotes time to involving others to the fullest extent

  • Seeks to gain buy-in, working through conflict

  • Understands the need to adapt and adjust. Varies technique.

  • Clearly explains the +/- impacts of change

  • Establishes change sustainability and measures results

  • Is a “student” of learning how to influence, motivate, persuade and implement change
