Crisis Mindset Management & Staying Resilient
All the resiliency building strategies, skills and methods I provide (or others may provide) are meaningless without each of us being committed to manage our mindsets. ‘Mindset” being our beliefs, attitudes and behaviors that cause us to act or react in certain ways. It’s the choices we make. When we believe (our version of the truth) building resiliency to stress and adversity is possible and within our control, we will place more value on it and make it a focused priority.
Having the right, positive mindset is pivotal to development and growth. Believing that you CAN become more resilient will enable you to persevere and put in more continuous, adaptive effort.
Be committed to managing your mindset. Help others manage theirs.
