Getting To Trust
The motivational pull of having trust is a force multiplier in any organization. Trust gets that “willingness” to go with you on the mission and journey. It actually creates a positive chemical release process in our body.
This applies in every facet of life: family, partner relationships, business, school classrooms, ministry, sports programs…on and on. Trust levels occur in degrees of trust and not typically as a on/off or absolute. Trust comes from spending quality time with others and showing we care. It comes from demonstrating the skills and proficiency we have. And, most importantly, it ALL comes through our character strength use in the various situations.
So, the connections (this may feel systematic, because it actually is) are: Mindset->adaptable communication->relationships (+character and proficiency)=trust.
