The Power Of A Positive Team

When leaders engage and equip their team to maximize it’s talent, there is NO DOUBT that in the truth of this! In my work with author and motivational speaker Jon Gordon and developing an assessment tool at his request, it’s clear that leaders who purposefully develop their teams, achieve more consistently positive levels of energy and performance.
