Your Degrees Of Resilience Determines Your People Performance Effectiveness
Run this little experiment. Take any people oriented outcome you would like to achieve. Examples: motivating someone or a group, resolving a conflict, convincing , communicating adaptively. Work right to left using the following sequence:
Resilience+self awareness+emotional mgt+social awareness=outcome
Explanation: To interact most effectively with others, one must have their emotional IQ tuned up-higher social awareness, solid emotional management, focused self awareness and THEN conditioned resilience to the levels of stress and adversity that surrounds all of us.
Most of the human adult population believes their are sufficiently resilient. Studies (and my experience working what 10000’s of people) show that is simply not true.
