Celebrating 2024!!

Reflecting on 2024 with my business and fantastic clients, I have a tremendous amount to be grateful for-thanks to all of you. As the Proverbs 27:17, “Iron sharpens iron…” verse goes, you have made me and my services better and have only expanded their impact.  A heartfelt thank you for all of you and all you do-including “putting up with me” at times :-) !! This certainly includes my family!!!

At The Ohio State University, that continues to allow me bring external best practices and positive teaching into the classroom(s) as an adjunct professor (for 13 years now!!!). Students are another “Iron sharpens iron” area. Also to provide them some consulting services..

With the dozens of 1:1 coaching engagements and their willingness to authentically and humbly seek to change, grow and improve. 

For expanding the breadth Character Development program model-character being the core of all our identity and our most important strengths. 

The deepening of the Positive Mindset Management model and module into 9 principles and 21 specific strategies. 

Expansion of the Resiliency Program into seven key dimensions and a reordered session sequence. 

Upgrading the Emotional Intelligence module, in conjunction with resiliency building as the two are interrelated.  

Continuing to work with Law Enforcement, delivering leadership and resiliency building programs.

Blessed to be able to work with dozens of athletic programs, helping their coaches and student athletes strengthen their cultures and amplify their talent.
