Culture Assessment
Most leaders want to build an exceptional culture. However, from my experience a highly diverse client base, most don’t always go at it the right way or stick with it. It’s important to start with clarity of where you are currently. Let’s call this the brutal reality of the existing situation. From there, it’s a matter of purposefully designing the values and behaviors to situationally align with where you need to take your organization. I use a comprehensive culture model and assessment program to enable clients to create a culture that is designed right and sustainable. The guidance I provide is experiential-not experimental. There’s a huge chasm in practice vs theory.
This is not a quick and dirty process, rather, one that requires repetition, reinforcement, recognition and rewarding when you see the defined culture values being demonstrated. It also demands higher levels of active feedback, especially for when you are NOT seeing it demonstrated.
