Achieving Leadership Mastery Starts Here

Use Your Levers

Levers.

We have many of them. But we don’t always recognize key growth levers at our disposal. They are our fulcrums and offer a multiplier effect.

A huge one is mindset. Your mindset choices have everything to do with your focus and behavioral choices. It multiplies our abilities.

Another one is character strengths, especially our signature strengths. The also multiply our abilities.

And here's another fundamental example: What if 10% greater intentional focus on your leadership behaviors gained you 25% developmental improvement? Or 25% improvement with trust and influence? In other words, you put greater attentiveness to your behavioral choices and not default to your already learned habits.

We learn to rely, sometimes too much, on habits and automating much of our day, which takes away our focus on being more intentional. And that “intentionality” is what helps us improve skills, communicate more effectively, motivate, deal with conflict, etc.

Think about it. Magnify your intentionality. Use it as a fulcrum that helps you to focus like a laser on the next level. Use these levers to your advantage.
