Out-dated and Up-dated Leadership Mindset Thinking

I started a series of daily posts on social media (@jackslav-Twitter, LinkedIn, FB, IG) regarding this topic.

I am tracking well over 20 key shifts in society, just over the past several years, that are significantly impacting how leaders do their job and need to adapt their thinking.

The most significant, even serious impacts, are to how leaders choose to communicate. How one could spoke in words and tone just a year ago, may not work as well today.

These societal shifts are largely if not entirely out of a leaders control. What is under a leaders control is how one chooses to assess, adapt, grow and respond.

Be adaptable with your mindset to how things are changing. The old version of you may not be sufficient or as effective.
