Gaining Racial Equality Leadership Training Program
If you are reading this, you are probably very aware that there are many versions of programs around this topic. Unfortunately, the track record of these programs and their “stickiness” is not so good. The dominant number of these programs lack a comprehensive, systematic design and subpar delivery. There are many once and done or “check the box” programs.
The model I have developed holistically represents key research and experientially based elements of gaining greater degrees of racial equality.
