Leading Well Development Program
The “Leading Well” Program addresses priority skills for leaders in today’s environment.
Leading Well is a holistic, systems-thinking approach to the practice of leadership decision-making and influence aligned with organizational, individual, and cultural goals.
Leading Well integrates strategic leadership fundamentals with personal well-being practices and situational application of proven strategies to maximize key emotional intelligence competencies in the areas of mental agility, resilience, adaptability, empathy, and building and sustaining trust.
Leaders will learn five “Leading Well” strategies to:
1. Cultivate an open-to-change mindset with a ready-to-listen posture
2. Create an inclusive culture
3. Build trust in individual and team relationships
4. Protect personal and team wellness by practicing intentionality across all elements of the “Leading Well” model
