Recently I was invited to speak at the Steve Bollar Stand Tall Leadership Show, specifically on how to design and build organizational culture through leadership. Culture can be a challenging topic for some with many views on what it means and how to best approach building it.

Exceptional cultures don’t form on their own. Building an exceptional culture takes purposeful and skillful leadership focus. It takes modeling expected values and behaviors by leadership. It takes gaining full organizational ownership and accountability. It takes champions!
