Reality-there is no single approach or process. It’s highly situational and personal. However, there is a #1 lever and that is your mindset.
So mindset wise, here’s the first and biggest tip you need for goal planning and execution.
Your mindset is your single biggest performance lever. That’s because mindset starts with beliefs and ends with behaviors. If you don’t believe in what you are setting out to achieve and lack confidence, the results will come more slowly, erratically or not at all.
