Mindset Management
There is much written regarding this topic. Mindset management is foundational to development, growth, life management, well-being and success.
Two key points here.
First, the use of the word mindset has grown in multiples the past two decades. Unfortunately, many just refer to the word through vague and ambiguous phrases: “you need to get the right mindset” or “get yourself into a growth mindset”. Those statements are accurate, but overgeneralized in reference.
It’s like giving someone feedback saying they need to “get better”. What is better? Better is 1000’s of situationally and individually pertinent states. So can mindset be.
Get granular with your application of mindset. Stop overgeneralized on mindset (growth, stuck). Be specific.
