For Humanity - Own Your Share

There couldn’t be a wider range of deep concern, anxiety and uncertainty in this moment. Regardless, a positive & far reaching leadership question you should ask is: "what will I do to preserve and model compassion for humanity and it's advancement" in your current circumstances. We each have a role in this, starting with what you will tolerate or not.

This is a moment to reflect on and act out what you stand for and bring others along, even when you are not seeing others demonstrate the same.

Become an exemplary, positive role model in this regard and know what you value the most. Make that decision and choice and don’t get caught up in the past-rather-build to the vision of the future. Dwelling on the negativity, and there is certainly a lot of that swirling, will only nourish it and cause it to take further root. Don’t feed it.

Professionally and peacefully create a movement and hold others accountable to doing their part to preserve and advance, not degrade or denigrate humanity and classes of individuals. This will take courage and patience, but YES YOU CAN. It takes courage to en-courage. Time to rise up. Our world needs more true leaders and YOU are one of them.
