I Am Committed To Equality And Ending Racism

My goal is to make a big difference in this area with my role. No one has the right to mistreat or harm another person-physically, verbally, emotionally, whatever. Whether it’s through training others to overcome biases, helping organizations build cultures of equality, teaching how to hold others accountable for new standards and values or helping individuals be more aware and manage their emotions-I am ALL IN and committed to doing my part in my role to end racism and gain equality.
